Eric founded Next BPO Solutions in July 2009 and has led it from its humble beginning of employing just 6 staff to now more than 100 employees. After setting up the initial operations, he now provides direction to the company to achieve its growth plans. Eric now leads the corporate strategies and business development efforts of the company.
Before starting Next BPO Solutions, Eric has gathered vast professional experiences from his more than 20-year career as a system integrator, corporate IT officer, project manager, and operations consultant for the different enterprise, telecoms and outsourcing clients. This exposure and training has gained him the title “Customized Outsourcing Specialist” and allowed him to offer consultation based services to Next BPO Solutions’ clients, enabling the company to provide customized outsourcing solutions.
Joseph, known to most of us as “Thirdie”, manages the projects to ensure that operations and support processes are in place and well- documented. He also ensures that service coverage is always provided and that operations processes are optimized for a more efficient service delivery. He works closely with the clients to ensure that all processes are designed to optimize the clients’ outsourced business functions.
Prior to joining Next BPO Solutions, Thirdie worked as a 1st Line Operations Manager for IBM Global Process Services, where his main task was to ensure that all client requests are completed with the scope of the Service Level Agreement. He also manages and drives team performance through regular coaching, mentoring and periodic evaluation. Being a Six Sigma belter, he manages process documentation to ensure that these are within business controls target
Concurrently also serving as the company’s Lead for Recruitment Team, Shower supervises the preliminary screening of all candidates, ensures selection of the best fit for the job and sets up the next round of screening with the respective Team Leaders prior to the final interview with the clients (or their representatives). She also ensures that all candidates comply with the employment requirements before they are signed in as full-time employees.
Before joining Next BPO Solutions in July 2012, Shower has worked with other BPO companies as a Customer Service Representative and Administrative Staff. She has also worked with Sutherland Global Services as their Senior Recruitment Associate in Davao City.
As Head of IT, Deena’s main tasks include daily monitoring of the corporate network, supervision of special IT projects, coordination with IT services suppliers and vendors, and ensuring strict implementation of the company’s IT security policies.
