Xavier Eric Manalastas – President / CEO
Offshore Staff

Eric founded Next BPO Solutions in July 2009 and has led it from its humble beginning of employing just 6 staff to now more than 100 employees. After setting up the initial operations, he now provides direction to the company to achieve its growth plans. Eric now leads the corporate strategies and business development efforts of the company.

Before starting Next BPO Solutions, Eric has gathered vast professional experiences from his more than 20-year career as a system integrator, corporate IT officer, project manager, and operations consultant for the different enterprise, telecoms and outsourcing clients. This exposure and training has gained him the title “Customized     Outsourcing Specialist” and allowed him to offer consultation based services to Next BPO Solutions’ clients, enabling the company to provide customized outsourcing solutions.

 

Joseph Benjamin Galedo – Project Manager
Staff Leasing Philippines

Joseph, known to most of us as “Thirdie”, manages the projects to ensure that operations and support processes are in place and well- documented. He also ensures that service coverage is always provided and that operations processes are optimized for a more efficient service delivery. He works closely with the clients to ensure that all processes are designed to optimize the clients’ outsourced business functions.

Prior to joining Next BPO Solutions, Thirdie worked as a 1st Line Operations Manager for IBM Global Process Services, where his main task was to ensure that all client requests are completed with the scope of the Service Level Agreement. He also manages and drives team performance through regular coaching, mentoring and periodic evaluation. Being a Six Sigma belter, he manages process documentation to ensure that these are within business controls target

 

 

Rowena Kimpo – Admin Officer
Outsourced Staff
Rowena currently handles the company’s billing and collection, procurement of office supplies and equipment, payroll generation as well as general office management. She also works closely with the HR Department in the management of the staff’s benefits. Before joining Next BPO Solutions, she worked as an Admin/Accounting assistant for 3 years with an outsourcing company and as an Admin Officer for 6 years with an Israeli company. Other than handling the daily administrative requirements of the office, she also helps the CEO in managing the finances of the company, particularly in payment scheduling and budget allocation.

 

 

Anneluz Ramielle Rebollido – Human Resource Coordinator
Offshore Staffing
Ramielle (or “Shower”)” handles the daily operations of the HR Department of Next BPO Solutions, which includes talent acquisition, compensation, and benefits, employee relations and training. She works closely with the Operations Team in ensuring the matching of skills and talents for each client’s requirements.
Concurrently also serving as the company’s Lead for Recruitment Team, Shower supervises the preliminary screening of all candidates, ensures selection of the best fit for the job and sets up the next round of screening with the respective Team Leaders prior to the final interview with the clients (or their representatives). She also ensures that all candidates comply with the employment requirements before they are signed in as full-time employees.
Before joining Next BPO Solutions in July 2012, Shower has worked with other BPO companies as a Customer Service Representative and Administrative Staff. She has also worked with Sutherland Global Services as their Senior Recruitment Associate in Davao City.

 

Deena Mae L. Lee – IT Head

Deena earned her degree on Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering with flying colors (a consistent Dean’s Lister) from the University of the Immaculate Concepcion in Davao City on March 2011. She joined Next BPO Solutions in October 2011, starting off as a Customer Support Staff then moved on to be a part of the company’s internal IT Support Team on March 2012. She took the helm as Head of the IT Team on September 21, 2015.
As Head of IT, Deena’s main tasks include daily monitoring of the corporate network, supervision of special IT projects, coordination with IT services suppliers and vendors, and ensuring strict implementation of the company’s IT security policies.
Deena is ably supported by her team members: Tor Catindig, Sweet Jessan Miape and Philip Monteverde.

 

Diana May J. Banzon – Client Engagement Specialist
Staff Leasing

Diana, known to us as “Yani” graduated from Ateneo de Davao University on March 2003, with a degree on Business Administration Major in Management. She has amassed over 7 years of experience on financial services that ranges from Customer Service, Client Relations, Business Development and Service Delivery. Yani joined the Next BPO Solutions family on October 26, 2015. As Client Engagement Specialist (CES), Yani is tasked to: identify new business opportunities – new markets, new partnerships; forge relationships with other organizations and prospective clients; work with new clients for a successful and smooth project setup/onboarding; and close coordination with client and project management team to ensure overall customer experience.”
